Douthit Frets' construction lawyers have over 65 years of experience - we understand the construction industry and how to protect our clients' interests. Our range of experience includes the front end of a project (contracts, insurance, bonds, etc.), management of risks and claims during the project, payment issues (mechanic's liens, bond claims, etc.) and any dispute resolution process that may follow (mediation, arbitration and litigation). We have represented all segments of the industry, owners and developers, architects and engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties, in virtually every type of commercial, industrial, and residential construction project.

Our group represents clients in many state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. In addition, we frequently serve as arbitrators and mediators in a variety of construction and commercial matters.
