Experience
Mr. Schurter's practice focuses primarily on construction and commercial litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Schurter spent over ten years working in the construction industry. He worked for several years as a mason on commercial and residential projects and as a site foreman for a restoration contractor, where he worked directly with consulting engineers to implement repairs and improvements on university campuses and historic structures throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
During law school, Mr. Schurter co-authored several works in the field of construction law and was a regular contributor to the Construction Law Digest.
