Experience
Mr. Snow's practice focuses primarily on construction related issues, including the handling of construction defect claims, warranty issues, claims on payment and performance bonds, extra work claims and mechanic's lien matters. He has extensive experience drafting construction contracts for various parties in the construction industry, as well as litigating and resolving construction related claims.
Mr. Snow is also a frequent speaker on construction issues, having spoken on mold claims, differing site conditions, OSHA matters, lien claims and other issues of interest to owners, contractors and design professionals. He has also authored chapters for several construction law publications, including Missouri Construction Law published by The Missouri Bar and Construction Change Order Claims published by Wiley Law.
Mr. Snow also has extensive business litigation experience outside the construction area, having handled condemnation claims, insurance disputes and other commercial litigation matters.
