Experience
Mr. Stucky’s litigation practice has included successfully representing clients in the fields of product liability, trucking and automobile collisions, medical malpractice, premises liability and commercial litigation. Mr. Stucky has extensive trial experience in Federal and State courts and routinely practices in venues across the country.
Much of Mr. Stucky's practice is devoted to representing individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic loss because of a defect in a vehicle or child safety seat. This area of his practice includes representing truck drivers and families of truck drivers who have been seriously injured or killed because of the defective nature of their heavy truck, children who have been injured in defective child safety seats and occupants of many other types of vehicles.
Mr. Stucky attended the University of Kansas where he earned a degree in Business Administration. He also attended the University of Kansas School of Law where he earned his law degree.
