Experience
Mr. Candelario has over 11 years of experience as in-house counsel for both private and publicly held companies handling their contract negotiations, real estate, regulatory, risk management, project management, and environmental matters. Mr. Candelario has extensive transactional experience in the business arena and has negotiated multi-million dollar contracts on behalf of his clients. Additionally, Mr. Candelario has served as General Counsel to an employee holding company overseeing all labor and employment matters for the company.
Mr. Candelario's practice focuses primarily on general business and corporate law, transactional work, and stored value card regulatory compliance, including the negotiating and drafting of service agreements for the implementation and management of national and international stored value card programs and the regulatory compliance thereof.
