Our firm recently was representing a child who had been tragically injured in a relatively slow speed automobile collision. The child suffered a brain injury from a side-impact while she was apparently properly secured in a car seat.

Our firm recently represented a family whose child was ejected from a child safety seat during a low speed side impact collision. The child was catastrophically injured, in that he suffered a spinal cord injury that rendered him a quadriplegic, ventilator dependent and in need of around-the-clock nursing care.
