Mr. Herman has over 25 years experience in business, real estate and real estate finance law. His experience in business law includes formations of business entities, asset and stock purchase agreements, buy/sell agreements, and advising clients regarding general business matters including non-compete agreements and non-disclosure agreements. His experience in real estate law includes acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, leasing and development. His real estate finance experience includes representing lenders and borrowers in connection with financing on commercial properties, including apartment buildings, hotels, office buildings and multifamily projects, as well as loan restructures, workouts and foreclosures. He also has extensive experience in representing conduit lenders in originating commercial mortgage backed securities financing transactions. Mr. Herman is admitted to practice in Louisiana, Texas and Missouri.
